Personal Support (at Client's Home)

I provide hands-on, dedicated personal assistant services from your home or mine, using your vehicle for errands, appointments, and transportation-related tasks.    

Hours 3.5 to 4.0 hours per day, providing you live within 15 minutes of my home, otherwise time for travel will be applicable.

$28/an hour.  Rates apply to a single family with two children.

Payments are due bi-weekly.

Service Discontinuation

A 30-day notice in writing is required from either party to end services. I will provide services until the end of that 30 days unless a planned vacation had been requested and approved.

However, if you are not satisfied during the first 30 days of service, you may choose to terminate my services immediately.  In that case, payment is due for any partial or full days worked at the time of termination.

Transportation Policy

I drive to your home and leave my personal vehicle there during service hours.  I use your vehicle for all tasks requiring transportation.

Clients are required to add me to their insurance policy for the duration of service. I must be given a copy of the initial policy and renewals before my first workday.  Unfortunately, I cannot work if proof of vehicle insurance is not provided.

Once the day's responsibilities are complete, I return your vehicle and retrieve my own.

Remote Support

Hourly Rate $33/hour

When working remotely, I handle a wide range of administrative, planning, and organizational tasks.  See the Services

Vacation Policy

When your family is away, I'm available to complete tasks such as home organization, errands, or re-stocking the refrigerator before your return, and any other tasks requested. However, if we vacation at the same time, for the same length of time, no payment is due.

Whether or not tasks are assigned during your vacation and I am still available, the regular daily rate still applies during your absence.

If I take vacation, I do not expect to get payment - unless I am able to find someone we both agree upon to substitute to cover all duties (excluding child transportation).

Purchasing Policy

The client may choose to acquire a credit card in my name, with a pre-set daily spending limit, for the authorized purchase made on their behalf. Otherwise, cash will be required before the purchase.
